Returns Policy

Returns
We offer a free returns policy but please ensure you follow our returns process. 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Process 
To complete your return, please return it with the packing slip if possible using the free post label in your package. You may also reuse the postage bag by turning it inside out and resealing securely with tape. If you wish you may use an alternative envelope or postage bag. If you return without using the freepost label we will be unable to refund your postage. Please let us know if you require a refund or exchange. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your local Post Office when returning an item to us for refund or exchange as we cannot be responsible for products that do not reach us. There is no charge for gaining proof of postage and it is issued even when using our Freepost labels.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged.


Exchanges
We will happily exchange items if you need another size/colour/style. If the new item is less than the original item we will of course refund the difference via your original payment method. If the new item is more than the original we will send you an invoice for payment for the extra amount and once this is paid we will dispatch your new item.


Damaged Items
We will of course replace or refund if an item is damaged when it arrives. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact before you return so we can be ready to help you as soon as possible.


Processing Time
We do our best to process returns and refunds very quickly but please allow up to 14 days. If you require an urgent exchange (in case of exams etc) please contact us and we will do our very best to help.
